Orders placed before 11:30am UK time are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:30am UK time will be dispatched the following working day.
We dispatch orders Monday–Saturday, excluding Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. All orders are collected daily by our courier.
We offer free shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped via Transexpress Global with an estimated delivery of 5–7 working days from dispatch. This is not guaranteed and may be subject to customs processing delays outside of our control.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that customs delays are outside our control and do not constitute a lost parcel.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a partial refund will be issued reflecting the product cost minus any courier fees incurred. If the customer wishes the item to be resent, a new order must be placed. We cannot refund or replace items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will inspect the product. If it is unopened and untampered with, a partial refund will be issued reflecting the product cost minus any courier fees incurred. If the product has been opened or damaged, no refund can be provided.
Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will assess on a case by case basis. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
